Terms

1. What we do
Pali Pali (“we” / “us”) is a marketplace where individuals and businesses can post tasks and hire help, or find tasks and earn money. We provide the platform; contracts are formed directly between posters and workers. We are not a party to the agreements between posters and workers.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally able to enter into contracts.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

We may verify your identity (KYC) and may suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Posting, Offers & Contracts

Posters describe tasks and budgets; workers submit offers.

A contract is formed when a poster accepts a worker’s offer.

Workers are responsible for having the necessary skills, equipment, and insurance to complete accepted tasks.

4. Prohibited Uses
No illegal, unsafe, discriminatory, deceptive, or platform-abusive activity is allowed. Examples include:

Hate speech, harassment, or personal-data trading

Weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, unsafe work

Any activity that violates Bulgarian law or applicable regulations

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe as our payment processor.

Fees, holds, or escrow (if used) will be displayed in-app before checkout.

We do not store full card data.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

If you make a payment before launch (e.g., early-access or beta features), you may request a full refund within 14 days by emailing hello@palipaliapp.com.

Stripe refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

After launch, in-app cancellation and refund rules will apply and be shown before payment.

7. Ratings & Reviews

Reviews must be honest and fact-based.

We may remove content that violates the law or these Terms.

8. IP & Content

You retain rights to your content.

You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display your content as needed to operate the platform.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for user conduct, missed payments between users, or indirect damages.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited under Bulgarian law.

10. Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law.

Disputes may be resolved through the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or EU cross-border consumer centers (ECC-Net).
